This notice, drawn up pursuant to Legislative Decree 70/2003 (implementing Directive 2000/31/EC on electronic commerce) and Legislative Decree 206/2005 (the Consumer Code), provides the information required by Italian and European law for anyone who visits or makes a purchase on the hebiskin.com website (hereinafter the "Site").

KYRIAN LAB S.r.l. is the owner of the HBSKN — Hebi Skin trademark and of all products marketed on the Site, formulated and manufactured in Italy in accordance with the GMP cosmetic standard and in compliance with EC Regulation 1223/2009 on cosmetic products.

2 · Purpose of the Site

The Site is intended for the promotion, sale and provision of information regarding Hebi Skin branded cosmetic products, as well as for providing customer support, editorial content and enrolment in the Skin Club loyalty programme.

The products sold are cosmetics for external use; they do not constitute medical devices and do not replace the advice of a dermatologist or doctor in the case of skin conditions.

3 · Hosting and technical infrastructure

The Site is hosted on the Shopify Inc. platform (Canada) and uses a global CDN to deliver content. The automation backend (newsletter, transactional emails, loyalty programme) is managed through Cloudflare Workers, Klaviyo Inc. (USA) and other technology partners listed in the Privacy Policy.

4 · Intellectual property

All content present on the Site (trademarks, logos, texts, photographs, videos, illustrations, graphic layouts, software code, product descriptions, formulations) is the exclusive property of KYRIAN LAB S.r.l. or of the respective licensors, and is protected by Law 633/1941 (copyright) and Legislative Decree 30/2005 (the Industrial Property Code).

Any form of the following is prohibited:

• Reproduction, even in part
• Transmission, distribution or publication
• Modification, translation or adaptation
• Automated extraction (scraping, systematic crawling)
• Use in advertising, social media or other commercial channels

Without prior written authorisation from KYRIAN LAB S.r.l.

The third-party trademarks cited on the Site (Pentavitin®, Alpaflor®, Tinosorb®, Uvinul®, Eusolex®, Treedom® and others) are the property of their respective licensors and are cited for informational purposes in accordance with the licences of use obtained by the formulating laboratory.

5 · Limitation of liability

KYRIAN LAB S.r.l. undertakes to keep the Site in good working order and to provide accurate and up-to-date information. However, it does not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted continuity of the service (scheduled maintenance or technical interruptions are possible)
• The complete absence of typographical errors in the content (in the event of manifest errors relating to price, percentages of active ingredients or product features, the Company reserves the right to correct and — if necessary — cancel orders with a full refund)
• Compatibility of the Site with any browser or device (we recommend up-to-date browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge in a recent version)

The Company is not liable for:

• Damage arising from improper use of the products (we always recommend a patch test before first use)
• Unpredictable individual skin reactions to ingredients duly declared in the INCI
• Damage caused by viruses, malware or third-party technical issues while browsing
• Content of external sites linked from the Site (HBSKN does not control or endorse third-party content)

6 · Data and payment security

All payments are made via encrypted SSL/TLS through certified gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) compliant with the PCI-DSS standard. KYRIAN LAB S.r.l. does not store or directly process credit card data, which is handled exclusively by the authorised payment providers.

Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy, in full compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018.

Competent court

For disputes with consumers, the consumer's court (the customer's place of residence or domicile) has exclusive jurisdiction, pursuant to Art. 66-bis of the Consumer Code.

For disputes with professional parties (B2B, suppliers, partners), the Court of Bari has exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Out-of-court resolution (ADR/ODR)

For the out-of-court online resolution of disputes arising from sales or service contracts concluded online, the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform of the European Commission is available:
