What is it for and how do I use it?
PURIFY is a men's facial exfoliant formulated to renew, smooth and even out the complexion, removing impurities and dead skin cells. Its combination of 7% Glycolic Acid and Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) helps leave skin fresher and more radiant, without being harsh.
How to use: apply to clean, dry skin and massage in gently until fully absorbed. There is no need to rinse; you can carry on straight away with the rest of your evening routine.
Is it suitable for all skin types?
Yes: the formula is gentle yet effective, designed to work without irritating the skin. If you have just shaved, it is best to apply PURIFY a few hours later for an optimal smoothing effect.

Can I use it on a beard or straight after shaving?
Yes: the texture is light and gentle, even on bearded areas. After shaving, we recommend applying it a few hours later, once the skin is no longer sensitive to touch, for an optimal smoothing effect.
How often should I use it?
Up to 10 days a month, preferably in the evening: that is the formula's protocol. If your skin is not used to exfoliants, start gradually (1-2 times a week). Using it for longer does not improve results and can thin the skin.
How long does a bottle last?
A 30 ml bottle of PURIFY lasts around 6 months on average, with regular use as directed.
Can I try it before deciding?

Does it contain fragrance or alcohol?
No: it is the only HBSKN product completely free from added fragrance, and it is alcohol-free.
Is it vegan?
It is not declared vegan. The HBSKN product with a vegan formula is PROTECT+.
Can I use it in summer?
Yes, but in the evening, with sun protection in the morning: AHA exfoliation makes the skin more photosensitive.
Does it sting when I apply it?
A slight tingling in the first few minutes can be normal with a 7% AHA; if irritation persists, stop using it.
PURIFY or a scrub?
PURIFY exfoliates chemically, evenly and without micro-abrasion: no granules, no rubbing, which also makes it better suited to men who shave.
Does it need rinsing off?
No: apply it in the evening to clean, dry skin and leave it to work, in place of a serum, before your moisturiser.
How soon will I see results?
Follow the protocol: up to 10 days a month. Radiance improves progressively over the cycles of use.
Can I use it if I use beard oil or beard butter?
Yes, but not on the hair roots on the same evening. PURIFY is applied to the skin and left on: if you massage oil or butter into the skin straight afterwards, you cover it. On cycle evenings, keep oil and butter on the lengths of the beard, or skip them. On oily skin this applies all year round anyway: massaged into the skin, oil and butter tend to weigh it down and make the beard line area shinier. Also avoid it straight after trimming or on irritated skin.
