Terms and Conditions of Use

1 · Preamble

The website hebiskin.com (hereinafter, the “Site”) is owned by KYRIAN LAB S.r.l. (hereinafter, “HBSKN” or “the Company”), proprietor of the HBSKN — Hebi Skin trademark.

Accessing and using the Site implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not intend to accept them, please do not use the Site.

2 · Purpose of the Site

The Site serves to promote, sell and provide information on the Hebi Skin-branded cosmetic products, as well as to offer customer support services and informational updates.

All products are intended for external cosmetic use and comply with the European legislation in force, in particular Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 on cosmetic products.

3 · Access to and use of the Site

The user undertakes to use the Site in compliance with the law, these Terms and Conditions and public decency. It is prohibited to use the Site for purposes that are:

  • unlawful, defamatory or fraudulent
  • liable to compromise the proper functioning of the Site
  • reverse engineering, unauthorised scraping or excessive automated use

The Company reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to the Site in the event of improper use or breach of these conditions.

4 · Intellectual property

All content on the Site (trademarks, logos, texts, images, videos, graphics, layouts, software, product photography, formulations described) is the exclusive property of KYRIAN LAB S.r.l. or of the respective licensors, and is protected by copyright law (Law 633/1941) and industrial property law (Legislative Decree 30/2005).

Any reproduction, even in part, without the written authorisation of the proprietor is prohibited.

The third-party trademarks cited (Pentavitin®, Alpaflor®, Tinosorb®, Uvinul®, Eusolex® and others) are the property of their respective licensors, cited for informational purposes under the relevant licences of use.

5 · Products and availability

The cosmetic products offered on the Site are accurately described. The images are purely illustrative and may differ slightly from the actual product owing to photographic rendering.

The percentages of active ingredients indicated (e.g. Pentavitin® 1.5%, Glycolic Acid 7%, Collagen 2%) correspond to the actual concentration in the formulations and are declared in accordance with the specifications of the formulating laboratory.

KYRIAN LAB S.r.l. reserves the right to modify the range, prices and characteristics of the products at any time without notice, while ensuring transparency and commercial fairness towards orders already placed prior to the change.

6 · Prices and payments

All prices indicated are expressed in Euro (€) and are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise expressly stated.

The accepted payment methods are indicated at checkout and include — subject to change — credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, bank transfer.

Payment must be completed at the time of ordering. In the event that it is not finalised, the order will be automatically cancelled within 24 hours.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed before the order is confirmed.

7 · Shipping and delivery

Shipments are dispatched via partner express couriers (BRT, GLS, DHL, UPS, Poste Italiane).

Estimated delivery times in Italy:

  • Metropolitan areas: 24–48 working hours
  • Standard areas: 2–5 working days
  • Sardinia, smaller islands, remote areas: 3–7 working days

Times run from the shipping confirmation (not the order confirmation) and are in any case indicative and not binding, without prejudice to consumer rights in the event of significant delay. In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, public holidays), times may vary.

Shipping costs are clearly indicated before the order is finalised.

8 · Right of withdrawal and “Satisfaction or Refund” Guarantee

The conditions for returns, refunds, statutory withdrawal (14 days) and the commercial “100% Satisfaction Guaranteed or Refunded” Guarantee (30 days) are governed in the dedicated section of the Return and Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

9 · Product warranty and liability

KYRIAN LAB S.r.l. warrants that the cosmetic products sold are compliant with legal requirements (Regulation (EC) 1223/2009, applicable national legislation) and manufactured in facilities subject to pharmaceutical GMP cosmetic standards.

The Company accepts no liability for:

  • Damage arising from improper use or use that does not conform to the instructions
  • Unpredictable subjective skin reactions (we always recommend a patch test before first use)
  • Allergies or intolerances to ingredients declared in the product’s full INCI list

In the event of a product that is defective, damaged or incorrect relative to the order, the customer is entitled to free replacement or a full refund in accordance with the procedure set out in the Return and Refund Policy.

10 · Privacy and cookies

Use of the Site is subject to the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, available in the relevant sections of the Site.

KYRIAN LAB S.r.l. processes personal data in full compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the applicable Italian legislation on the protection of personal data (Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018).

11 · Changes to the Terms and Conditions

KYRIAN LAB S.r.l. reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, publishing the new version on the Site.

Changes shall take effect from the date of publication. For orders already finalised, the Terms in force at the time of purchase remain applicable.

We recommend consulting this page periodically.

12 · Governing law and competent jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.

For any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of the contract concluded through the Site, the following shall have jurisdiction:

  • The Consumer’s Court (the customer’s place of residence or domicile) for consumers, pursuant to Art. 66-bis of the Italian Consumer Code
  • The Court of Bari, exclusively, for disputes with parties other than consumers
